Atheism

There is no god. That's the only required view of atheism. Atheists can believe in all kinds of other bullshit (oh, and many of them do). Though some say all atheists should be strictly rationalist, that's not really true. The only requirement is a lack of believe in a god or gods.

There are some who say that atheism is a religion. That's not really true, either. Atheism is a lack of religion. To be perfectly honest, there shouldn't even be a label like "atheist." After all, there's no label for someone who doesn't believe in Santa Claus.

Sadly, there are a lot of myths related to atheism, so let's set the record straight.
